Our After School Program for School-Age Children

School-Age Classroom:

Elementary school-age children come to a child-care or pre-school program with a unique set of needs and expectations. At Preston Park Montessori Academy, we have tailored a very special program sure to engage any school-age child. Children are transported both to and from school, and on exciting field trips via Preston Park’s state-of-the-art busses. This program is designed to allow children several different activities to choose from every day. Additionally, there is always a quiet place to do homework, read, or just relax.

Although not a formal tutoring program, Preston Park staff is always eager to offer encouragement and assistance during homework time. Summer and school holidays are very exciting times for our school-age children. Always active and on the go, our children will experience a schedule filled with fun and educational field trips, special visitors and events, chosen only for the “big kids”.

Fitness Programs:

Preston Park Montessori Academy also offers fitness programs for our school-age children. Information about these activities may be found by clicking here or asking about them at the front desk.

Spring Break and Summer Programs:

We offer an extensive array of activities for students when school is out. Additional information about our Spring Break and Summer Programs including the schedule of activities will be posted here in the spring.
