Our Administrators

Ms. Pam Jindal-Owner and On-Site Administrator
Pam is a daily and active presence at the school and oversees its operations as though the entire building were actually filled with her own children. In addition to over 14 years of experience, Pam is licensed by the state of Texas as a child-care facility Governing Body. Pam’s long lists of accomplishments include extensive continuing education in early childhood development, and child-care administration. Pam is the proud mother of two sons who completed their educations at MIT and Berkeley.


Ms. Heena-Assistant Director
Ms. Heena has been in the childcare field for 22 years. She received her High School diploma in Mumbai, India and soon after started studying for her Early Childhood Education, which she completed in 1987. Until 1997, Heena operated her own business educating children from the ages of 2 to 5 years. She has two beautiful daughters, ages 8 and 7. MS. Heena has been at PPMA since it opened in 2003.

Ms. Sayyeda--Assistant Director
Ms. Sayyeda began her childcare career right after graduating from high school in Pennsylvania. She is a graduate of a Home Economics College with a degree in Child Development. She is passionate about the importance of early childhood education.Ms. Sayyeda is a certified Montessori Instructor. She has been with PPMA since 2004. She also has three amazing teens.

Our Teachers

Preston Park Montessori Academy takes great pride in our team of early childhood educators, care-givers, and support staff. Our teachers genuinely care about children and share a commitment to provide outstanding care and education. Our lead Montessori teachers are experienced and work very hard to provide outstanding skills to our children. Recognizing that if learning is fun, children will want to learn more, they strive to make the education process more fun for our children.

All teachers are carefully screened and undergo criminal background checks prior to employment. Every teacher holds current certifications in CPR and First-aid, and complete several hours of continuing education each year.

What is a Montessori Teacher?

A Montessori teacher is called a guide. The guide uses certain words and a particular tone to keep the environment quiet, which is best for learning. The guide keeps a proper attitude with good body language and proper actions that reflect the principles of the Montessori method. In Maria Montessori's books, she expresses Montessori teacher strives to carry out discipline in the best sense of word- both modeling approciate kinds of behavior for the students and guiding them to appropriate kind of behavior.
